What is the difference between Gloss and Matte surfaces on metal prints?

Are returns accepted?

Since every order is custom-made, we do not accept returns unless we made an error. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, Contact Us and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Is there any image that you DON’T print?

We can print any image that complies with state and federal laws regarding explicit or copyrighted content. To protect your files, all of our employees sign confidentiality agreements, ensuring they are used solely for fulfilling your submitted order.

How will the picture I submit for a custom order be stored?

All of our employees sign confidentiality agreements to ensure your files are not printed or used beyond the order you submit. We retain images for only 30 days from the day the order was delivered to the customer. This allows us to respond to any questions or concerns about your order.

How do I clean my metal print?

Since your metal print has no ink on the surface, it can be easily cleaned using a standard glass cleaner or water with a soft microfiber cloth.

Do you offer wholesale or partner pricing?

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering. Please Contact Us immediately with your order number to expedite your request.

I could not find the size that I am looking for. Can you create a custom size?

What is the production turnaround time?

Can orders be picked up in person?
